When you have an emergency, we are serious about getting you the help you need as quickly and efficiently as possible. 24 hours a day 365 days a year, taking the hassle from you.

We therefore make you this pledge:-

  • Once you have contacted us to report a problem to our Emergency Helpline (manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year), we will ensure that one of our fully qualified engineers contacts you within 30 minutes to arrange access to your Home so the problem can be fixed.

We further pledge that:-

  • They will then be in attendance within 2 hours (3 hours for rural areas)

or

  • You can choose for them to visit at any time which is of convenience to you.

At Domestic SOS we really do everything possible to provide Total Peace of Mind.

(All our Tradesman are fully vetted and qualified and registered with their respective trade bodies. All gas engineers are CORGI registered and all electrical engineers are NICEIC registered. All permanent work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months)
