When you first call it is important that you have your documents to hand so they
can verify your policy cover and take all the relevant information regarding
your emergency.
The Domestic SOS helpline handles
thousands of calls each year and is on hand to
deal with any problem you may have.
Once full details have been taken, a tradesman local to your area will be dispatched
to your home and be in attendance to deal with your problem within 2 hours (3 hours for rural areas).
Our helpline will provide you with emergency information regarding your problem and
where appropriate give "First Aid" advice to minimise any further loss to your home.
Follow up calls to ensure you received all the attention and help you needed will
be made.
