We pay for the call out charges, the labour charges, the cost of parts, the cost of materials and the VAT.
All you pay is £7 per month and if you suffer from one of the following problems we will send one of our
qualified and fully vetted tradesman to fix the problem for you 24 hours a day 365 days a year and all within 2 hours.
Your Home will be covered if:-
The Primary Heating System Fails or Has Broken Down Completely
The primary heating system is the principal central heating and hot water systems including but not limited
to boiler or warm air unit, programmer, room thermostat, pumps, hot water cylinder and radiators but excluding
any form of solar heating system and non-domestic central heating boiler or source.
The Plumbing or Drainage System Fails or gets Damaged
The Electricity Supply System Fails or Breaks Down
There is a Gas Leak at the Home
The External Locks, Doors or Windows Fail or Have Been Damaged
You Have Lost the Only Available Key to the Home
The Home Has Been Infested by Pests

WILL BE ON THEIR WAY TO YOU.
Cover is provided for unlimited call outs with no excess to pay and up to £1,000 per incident.

bodies. All gas engineers are CORGI registered and all electrical engineers are NICEIC registered. All permanent
