When you have an emergency you're going to need our help – and helping you is what we are here to do.

All you need do is simply call the Emergency Helpline (manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year) and leave the rest in our capable hands.

Once you have contacted us, we will ensure that one of our fully qualified engineers contacts you within 30 minutes to arrange access to your Home so the problem can be fixed. They will then be in attendance within 2 hours, or you can of course choose for them to visit at any time which is of convenience to you.

Of course we will naturally pay the costs involved.
