Any personal data you enter on our website (such as the online application form) will not be
stored on our website but e-mailed securely to our in house computer systems. This information will
then be used for the processing of your application and retained electronically on our main servers
for added protection. At no time will your personal data ever be held online.
We will never pass your personal details to any other third party individual, company or
organisation.
E-Mail
When you submit your application to us, we will use your e-mail address for forwarding onto you
your policy documents and general information about how to make a claim, unless you request these
documents are sent by post.
We may from time to time contact you by e-mail to tell you about new products or services we are
offering, you can of course request not to receive this important information.
We will never pass your e-mail address to any other third party individual, company or
organisation.
Data Protection
The data supplied by you will only be used for the purposes of processing your policy, including
underwriting, administration and handling any claim which may arise. The data supplied will not be
passed to any other third party individual, company or organisation except when you make a claim
and then only to solicitors, loss adjusters, engineers, repairers or replacement companies for that
purpose.
It is important that the data you have supplied to us is kept up to date. You should therefore notify us
promptly of any changes. You are entitled upon the payment of any administration fee to inspect the
personal data which we are holding about you. If you wish to make such an inspection, you should
contact Domestic SOS at Minerva House, Spaniel Row,
Nottingham, NG1 6EP.
We may respond to enquiries by the Police concerning your policy in the normal course of their
investigations. Where it is necessary to administer your policy effectively or to protect your
interests.
Third Parties
Domestic SOS will never sell, trade, rent
or pass on any of your personal information to any other
third party individual, company or organisation.
Consent
By using our services, you consent to the use and storage of your personal data in the ways described
